These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application The Work, Oracle Deck (the “App”) provided by Spirit Art by Danielle (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the App’s content

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code

  • Create derivative works

  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

2. Digital Purchase & Payments

The App is a paid digital product offered through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

All payments are processed by the respective app marketplace. We do not process or store payment information.

Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase issues are handled exclusively through the platform from which the App was purchased, in accordance with that platform’s policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Oracle descriptions

  • Artwork

  • Card meanings

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Software

is the exclusive property of [Business Name] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Informational & Spiritual Content Disclaimer

The App provides spiritual, personal growth, and self-reflection content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The content:

  • Is not psychological advice

  • Is not legal advice

  • Is not financial advice

  • Is not a substitute for professional services

You are solely responsible for your interpretations, decisions, and actions based on the App’s content.

5. No Warranties
